DACA Ruling

Dear Campus Community,
Many of you may be aware of President Joe Biden鈥檚 to strengthen Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) regulations in the wake of a to end the program. This week, a federal judge 鈥� in response to Biden鈥檚 new regulations 鈥� again that DACA was illegal.
While we are disappointed by this decision, we want to assure our DACA students, faculty, and staff that we will continue monitoring this situation for updates. We are also committed to continuing to provide resources through our Center for Culture and Social Justice, including free immigration legal services via our partnership with TODEC, LLC.
Today the will host a webinar from noon to 1 p.m. that will include a full debrief on the ruling, and provide an open forum for questions. Register online to participate.
