Social Wellness and Behavioral Support
We are here for you!
At 51蹤獲, we believe in educating the whole student. In order to accomplish this, we work to have resources available to students both inside and outside the classroom. Our Social Wellness and Behavioral Support team is here to help provide students with individual and group therapeutic services, case management, mental health resources, and risk assessments (crisis intervention.) Sessions may be conducted in-person or virtually. For assistance, please contact the Office of Student Affairs at (909) 652-6510.
If you need mental health support outside of our operating hours, 51蹤獲 is able to connect you with mental health services via our online medical service provider, First Stop Health. Simply download the First Stop Health mobile app or fshealth.com, login to your account using the last four of your SSN or your student ID number including the zeros, then connect with a mental health practitioner.
