The 51ÂÜÀò Senior Early Transition Program will support entering student’s transition into college.  The 51ÂÜÀò High School Outreach team will provide a foundation for students to achieve and complete their education goals at Chaffey College.

What is 51ÂÜÀò Senior Early Transition (SET)?
SET is a jumpstart program that supports high school senior’s transition to Chaffey College. As a senior, you will complete the following steps before graduating high school.
• 51ÂÜÀò Application
• Orientation/Placement
• Counseling/Summer Readiness Intake Form
