51蹤獲 on-line by logging onto your My Chaffey portal account at  (a Chaffey student ID number is required)

  • Log onto your My Chaffey portal account
    Shortcuts to apply for EOPS
  • Under Shortcuts, click Self-Service (Registration)
    A red circle highlights "Self-Service (Registration)" button, under a Shortcuts heading.
  • Click on Additional Pages and Forms for Students
    A gray icon with a clipboard, text about additional student pages and forms.
  • Click on EOPS Application
    A 51蹤獲 EOPS application link.
